Anne's Parker House is a century old home on Put-in-Bay, South Bass Island. It sleeps up to six and is suitable for couples, or families. (No bachelor or bachelorette parties.)

The home features high ceilings, lots of woodwork, foyer, open stairs, large living room with cable TV, VCR, DVD, dining room, and front porch. The kitchen has china, cutlery, pots and pans, smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, salt, pepper, sugar and paper products if you wish to prepare food. Rooms are individually air-conditioned and heated. The house has one and a 1/2 baths. Beds are made with linens laundered in scent-free detergent. Guests must bring their own towels. Smoking is allowed on the large front porch or backyard patio. We cannot accommodate pets.

Centrally located in a quiet area on two acres of land on Catawba Avenue, it is five minute walk to downtown Put-in-Bay, Heineman Winery, Perry Cave, Crystal Cave, Putt Putt, Butterfly House, Museums, grocery store, shops, nightlife, parks, churches and more.

House Policies


  • Only registered guests allowed on the premises.
  • No decorations, flags, signs around the house.
  • Departing guests are asked to leave the kitchen and other rooms tidy.
  • Check-in is 4PM to 7PM or by arrangement. You may drop off luggage prior to
        check-in.
  • Check-out is 10AM on Fridays. If you are checking out Sunday or Monday, you
        may stay as late as you like.
  • The house is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the front porch and the
        back patio. Please use ash trays.
  • No candles and the fireplace is not operative.
  • No fireworks including sparklers.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • Do not leave under age children at the house alone.
  • Park golf carts and all other vehicles in driveway, not on the lawn.
  • Keep the yard clean. No cans, bottles, cigarette butts, trash in yard. Use receptacles.
  • Recycle cans, bottles, glass, paper, plastic all together in blue bins on the back porch.
  • Bag trash and garbage and place in brown bin(s) in back of house.
  • Use grills only on old picnic table or stone patio, not in buildings, porch, sidewalks,
        grass.
  • Limit outside activities to backyard, side yard and porch. No gatherings on front
        lawn.
  • Guests are expected to be considerate of neighbors, including a proper noise level.
  • Do not heckle, annoy, bother people passing the house.

    • Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

    Reservation and Cancellation Policy

    A check for the first half of the rent and security deposit is required to make your reservation. The second half is due on arrival by check or cash. If you cancel 90 days or more in advance, there is a $50.00 cancellation charge. 61 to 90 days there is a $75.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival date, we will make every effort to re-rent the house. If we are unable to re-rent the house, we must keep your deposit, and you are responsible for the balance due. The $200.00 Security Deposit is not part of the rental fee. It will be held to cover any damage, extraordinary cleaning, stains, breakage, or missing items. If there is none of the above, the balance will be refunded within ten days.
    The Parker Family also offers other lodgings on Put-in-Bay. The Niagara Guest House bed and breakfast is fully air conditioned and has four bedrooms with private baths. It is centrally located in a quiet area. The Toledo House has three suites just a 3 or 4 minute walk from the Jet Express and across the street from the depot for the buses that come from Miller Boat Line. The Toledo House is a 2 to 5 minute walk to Perry International Peace Memorial, the Visitors Center, night life, dining, and more, yet located in a quiet area.
